There are over 5.6 million lost keys in the UK every year costing far more. The Key Concierge are on stand by to come and save the day when you are stuck out in the cold.

Unfortunately some sub-contractors provide a vague time of arrival. You can end up taking an entire day of leave and find that they arrive in the first or last half an hour! Instead of wasting a day of holiday, we can wait on your behalf

If you have a relative or a friend visiting, and you are unable to leave work, then we can let them in on your behalf. We can also let in your contractors for you, and even arrange viewings for a private sale/rental.

The Key Concierge offers a Family Office where assistance with multiple properties, financial and life issues are required. The time needed to keep on top of all of the work that comes with this territory can often be extensive and very time consuming. A Family Office can be a way to structure your life in a more efficient and structured way.
